The Department of Applied Sciences (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) came into existence in 2009 itself with the establishment of the MSIT Sonepat. Department of Applied Sciences imparts excellent and quality education in the area of Applied Sciences for the future technocrats of all streams. It offers the academic requisites (Theory and Practical facilities) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for the students of various degree courses (Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Bachelor of Computer Application, Master of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Business Administration). Applied Science is a bridge that connects pure & basic sciences like Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with engineering practices.
The Physics Labs and Chemistry labs are equipped with the latest devices and instruments. Highly qualified and experienced faculty is the prized asset of the Department of Applied Sciences. Laboratories and practicals conducted are updated to keep abreast with the changing higher education scenario. The state-of-art infrastructure supplements our academic endeavors. The college has a well-conceptualized and planned layout. Modern well-equipped laboratories help in meeting the practical demands of the students.
